2- Can I buy online and pay online?

3- Do you sell other products than switch and monitoring solutions?
No, we only sell switches with and without monitoring solutions.

4- What is the difference between the monitoring TAP with monitoring and without monitoring solutions?
When you buy a new TAP with monitoring solution, you will get the whole solution includes all needed hardware for monitoring as well and you will get also the needed software as well as license for the software. But, if you bought the hardware only without monitoring solution means you will get only the TAP switch and will use your own solution.

5- If I bought the TAP switch only without the software, Can I buy the software and license later if my solution does not work?
NO WAY, WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL THE SOFTWARE ALONE and YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A NEW FULL PACKEDGE INCLUDES SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE.

6- If my TAP switch damaged, Can I buy the TAP only without the software and use it with my old license?
YES you can while you need to pay only for the hardware.

7- Do you offer discount for quantities?
Yes we do, You will find it mentioned at the product page and if not mentioned just ask for the discount.
